D2 band with Unplugged Concert

On the 17th December, the popular Bulgarian band D2 will organize an unplugged concert which will take place in the Bulgarian Army Theatre, on 98 Rakovska Str. Besides the band, in the concert will take part Elitsa Todorova and Stoyan Yanulov, Kiril Marichkov and Leni Cordoba. The concert will begin at 8 p.m and the price of the tickets will vary from 20 to 30 BGN depending on the seats.

On the 12th December, The National Gallery for Foreign Art in the centre of Sofia will open a special one-month exhibition dedicated to Norman Foster, a leading UK architect. The exhibition will be opened by Foster himself and will present drafts and miniature model, as well as videos of existing buildings such as the Millennium Bridge and the Wembley Stadium in London, as well as future projects designed by the architect.

Snowboard World Cup round in Sofia

On the 22nd December, at Alexander Batenberg Square in the capital Sofia will be organized a round of the Snowboard World Cup. Sponsored by Nokia, the show will take place on an especially designed 30 m high metal facility covered with artificial snow and is expected to be attended by more than 20 000 young people.
